Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Schedule Summariser, provided by One Project Services Limited.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to your first purchase and to each annual renewal.

How to request a refund

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, who processes all refunds. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing button in your workspace. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and won't be charged again.

Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
