Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Schedule Summariser (the "Service") is provided by One Project Services Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. When you use the Service you are contracting with One Project Services Limited.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Individuals must be of legal age to enter a contract.

3. The Service

The Service turns project schedules (Primavera P6, Excel template and Microsoft Project files) into summary charts you can export to PowerPoint or image, and lets you store summaries in a private online library.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the term of your subscription or licence code. Each licence is for one named user.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
  • upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfere with its security, introduce malware, probe, scan or scrape it;
  • reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or share it, or get around licence or technical limits.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your schedules and exports; you give us a limited licence to host and process them only to provide the Service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. See our Pricing and Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check outputs before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your saved data may be deleted after a reasonable period; you can download your exports before then.

11. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. General

We may update these Terms and will post changes here. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
